Where Google Maps gives you estimation of 10-15 min by car, in reality it would be 30 min or even more, so I would recommend not rely on these estimations. Our preferences regarding the itinerary were taken into account. We skipped Patan Durbar Square and still our trip took almost 6 hours. I want to highlight that the guide informed us in advance about Pashupatinath Temple (specifically about cremation thing) and whether we want to go there, also she provided us with masks because the smell is pretty smoky there.”
